Ive taken my vehicle to this location twice for routine maintenance. Both times, I have had nothing but exceptional service. The mechanics are incredibly kind, helpful, and fast! I will continue coming to this location, and I would encourage others to do the same!
I took my vehicle to meineke to be serviced , turns out I needed a new engine which my extended warranty company declined to pay for. My mechanic Rob was the best. He always kept me updated on any and all correspondence with carshield. I just wanna thank him for being kind and patient with the situation
Quick summary: I don't believe what I paid for was actually fixed, or at least not correctly. I brought in my car for brake pad and rotor replacements back in August (so about four months ago at the time of writing this). I like this location and the staff are very friendly. I've come here for things like oil changes and inspections and have had no issues, up until now. A few weeks back, my car is now grinding again when braking, which is indicative of needing yet another replacement of the rotors and brake pads. This makes no sense. There's no way brakes would need replacement 3-4 months after they have already been replaced. My car ended up becoming undrivable because the brake/rotor problems led to the caliper becoming damaged. A tow truck driver and another mechanic told me that there was no way the pads were replaced, or at the very least, not correctly. The mechanic who ended up having to replace my brake pads and rotors for the second time a week ago told me that the front pads and rotors looked brand new and the rear ones that were supposedly replaced did not. With this, I think that the services I agreed to were not done in their entirety, or at least not correctly. Very disappointed.
I was a previous customer at the Forum location in Raleigh, and I found this location to be just as wonderful! Staff are always kind and informative, and I had great experiences at both locations. They get you in and out quick, and let you know if you need anything done on your car without pressuring you to take care of it same day. I appreciate having a place to take my car that values trust and transparency, and I will be back!
I cannot rate this Meineke highly enough. I was able to make a same-day appointment at 10am for a 12pm drop off. They were able to quickly assess my issue and sent me an electronic estimate for me to review before they began any repairs. The work was completed the same day and for much less than the dealership quoted me. The manager and staff are always so friendly and take great care of all of our car maintenance needs. Go see them!
