I’ve been getting tattooed at Melbourne Tat Co since they opened in 2013. The owners Matt and Zoe have decades of experience tattooing in Melbourne between them. They run a professional and welcoming shop located in a light filled, loft space overlooking Elizabeth street in the heart of Melbourne CBD. It is a world class shop where on any given day they are doing everything from large scale Japanese tattoos to small fine line designs. I also highly recommend Captains of Industry located on the level below them for a pre or post tattoo beverage!
Great experience at this shop and stoked with my tattoos. I would recommend them to anyone and love their chill and friendly vibe. 🤗 I can’t wait to be able to come in again.
Absolutely stoked with Melbourne Tattoo Company. The artists are friendly, makes you feel like you're the most important person in the world, whilst being professional. Love their recommendations on tattoo design, feedback and comments. I've been back twice, referred my husband and daughter and everytime we've been happy as. Keep up the great work!
I love Melbourne Tatt Co! Whenever I am in town from Sydney I always book in for a visit with Doc. Everyone at the studio is so lovely + welcoming + it's always a positive experience. Not to mention the fact that all of my favourite/best tattoos are from Doc. He's super professional + a lovely guy too. Could not recommend more.
I took my mum here for mother's day and we were both tattooed by Doc. Doc and the other artists were all very welcoming and the vibe in the shop was great. Everyone had their own both but seemed to have a good connection and flow as a team. The shop its self is a large, clean, open plan high ceiling building with a lot of space and natural lighting. Doc did a great job with our tattoos and I will definitely be visiting again for more. Cheers MTCo!
