Memphis AC and Heating has been wonderful. We needed a new unit this summer, and they were able to get us one fast. They stand by their work, too. There was a wiring issue that prevented the unit from heating. They came the same day to fix it. I also love their maintenance program.

Jake came out to look at my A/C. Diagnosed it and gave me the options. He got what I needed for my system exactly. He just left a little while ago and I'm enjoyed this cold air all over my house. AC went out during the hottest days of summer. I called Memphis air conditioning and heating. Jacob, the service manager immediately put all his resources to the task. He quickly scheduled me for troubleshooting and found my coil was faulty. informed me it was still under warranty. he and his team came out as soon as they received the part and installed it in the morning. AC is working awesome! excellent customer service top notch technical expertise ‼️ Thank you
