We love this clinic. We’ve been bringing our dogs, Brownie and Smore, here since the summer, and every visit has reinforced how grateful we are to have found a place that treats our pets like family. Now that we’ve added a cat to our household, there was never any question about where she would go — this clinic has earned our trust completely. One of the things we appreciate most is the communication. The team is consistently clear, timely, and thoughtful, whether it’s a routine appointment reminder or a follow‑up call after a procedure. You never feel rushed, and every question is answered with patience and genuine care. It’s obvious that the staff understands how important our pets are to us. Our dogs are always treated with kindness, and you can tell they feel comfortable there — which says a lot. Smore recently had a small procedure done, and it went perfectly. The team walked us through what to expect, kept us updated, and made sure Smore was calm and well‑cared‑for throughout the entire process. That level of attention and compassion is something every pet parent hopes for. Such a positive visit with our basset hound Lola. She’s had fatty, non-cancerous lumps pop up for years, but a new one recently appeared that seemed different. I switched all of my dogs over to this vet office. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are a lot more affordable than the ones in Rowlett, and the staff handles every animal with proper care. I have extremely high energy and high drive dogs, and they handled them with no problems. They go above and beyond every time I visit.
