My experience here was absolutely amazing. The staff was nice and welcoming. My injector was Kenzi and she was so nice and knew what she was doing. I received dysport and I am already seeing results after a couple days. I will definitely be back and told my husband I want a gift card to Metro Medspa for Christmas! Megan Williams
I paid over $900 for my husband to receive laser hair removal, and he consistently followed the recommended protocol for over a year. Unfortunately, he didn’t see any noticeable results. I’ve heard that many of the other services offered at this medspa are great, and I can see how they may help others. However, based on our experience, the laser hair removal service was not effective. Perhaps the laser hair doesn’t work on all hair types or surface area? If that’s the case, it would be helpful to clarify that so customers can make an informed decision before spending over $900.
I had a great experience at Metro Med Spa! The front desk girls were friendly and welcoming. Kenzie did my Botox, and she was amazing — she explained everything clearly and listened to what I wanted. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me or push anything I wasn’t ready for. The whole visit felt relaxed, professional, and genuinely patient-centered. I’ll definitely be back!
What a wonderful experience! I had a Hydrafacial with micro needling. Cami was fantastic. She walked me through the entire experience including step-by-step what she was doing as well as aftercare tips. The facility was inviting and the ladies at the front desk were welcoming. Will definitely be back for future services.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with care and confidence. My results turned out even better than I expected.
