Had ordered different Love seats but would of been a delayed so ordered another set that was available and they look very nice in living room. Thanks for the quick response and service Guillaume . The delivery guys were fast and efficient and everything looks good.
Very satisfied ! Bought our furniture online and it was a very easy process all the way. Received a call a couple of days later to confirm what I purchased and to give me an estimated time of delivery (four months), which is normal now for a lot of things due to the pandemic we just went through. Just received our new living room set right on time after a four month wait and we are very pleased with the result. Delivery of our furniture was pre planned with the customer service agent that called us to tell us the furniture had arrived at their warehouse. On the eve of delivery, we received a text and email notice to get ready for next day delivery and we were even able to follow the delivery truck live with GPS tracking to know when they would arrive. The delivery guys were very polite and transported the furniture from truck to our living room with care. They set up everything and even cleaned up all the packaging. Great experience !! 👏
