I’ve been training with Bill for about four years. I’m an older adult, and though I’m active, I needed more guidance to stay in shape and prevent injury. Bill has been wonderful. I’ve been working out with Kyle for almost a year and a half and I’m still learning new things. I first signed up to build strength and flexibility after my knee replacement. I’m stronger now than I’ve been in years, and met my goal of completing 2 road cycling events last year. He always explains why we’re trying a different variation of an exercise and gives constructive feedback on form. I was surprised last week that he remembered exactly how many times I had done an exercise and how I handled it. I’m continually impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
I started working with Lauren several years ago to get myself in the best shape possible for a trip I was taking. I was able to participate fully in that trip and have subsequently taken several more including a trip to Antarctica. One of the things I like best about Meyer Fitness is they work with me. In the years I have been working with them, I have had several surgeries and they are always very accommodating both before and after surgery. Lauren listens to me and changes up the workouts to fit my needs. She’s happy, upbeat, and always ready for a challenge. Bill is friendly, welcoming, and always ready for a story. Meyer Fitness is a niche “gym” that fits my needs perfectly.

Even more so, Bill understands the importance of training the individual and not forcing a regimen upon you. I have worked with him for years and my physical, mental and competitive health have benefited greatly from our relationship.
