Friendly people, ready to explain service requirements. They were easy to get in touch with, when I called. They usually did not call me, on days on which I would want to know how long the car would be worked on; in those cases I was the one who initiated the call.
I've been to many mechanic shops in Miami and have to say, I am very impressed with this shops customer service and honesty and with recommendation and willingness to get it right. Competitive pricing, but most importantly, top communication and work done to my vehicle. I will definitely be going back for future work.

I came into the Miami area from another county not having any other nearby mechanic options to help repair my car and decided to give Miami Quality Auto Repair a try based on the reviews. If I am giving an honest assessment and review the shop is very fair and reasonable especially for an individual as myself in financial need at the time. I at first felt like everything in terms of the process was moving a bit too fast for me, as my preference would be having a more intimate experience than strictly business, but that is just my preference. I brought in my car Thursday, hoping to get my car back before the end of the weekend, but I may have had to have more reasonable expectations, having had to return back to my car to pick it up Monday. Getting straight to the point I appreciated the mechanical shop giving me a detailed report of my issues of my car, but there may have been an deeper issue for the stalling that I brought in the car to address. Miami Quality Auto repair helped me out and I am very appreciative of the experience. Last thing I will add it was very nice having the shop adjust to my communication style, contacting me for updates, after me expressing that need. Overall the Mechanic shop was a good experience. There may have been little things that I would have preferred during the process, but not everything is going to be perfect.

The first time she came in she treated like family, and it's been the same level of care ever since. Manuel, Carlos, and the rest of the team truly go above and beyond to ensure not just the quality of your vehicle, but your safety and peace of mind. They are incredibly reasonable with pricing and never try to upsell or push unnecessary services—something we definitely appreciate compared to other places we've been to in the past. They even managed to squeeze us in for an oil change recently and had us in and out in no time. The waiting area is also really nice—comfortable seating, water, and light snacks are available while you wait. What really stands out about Miami Quality Auto Repair is their honesty. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and friendly auto repair shop, look no further. We highly recommend them!
