Having Michael as my realtor was an excellent experience from start to finish. Him as his team were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions or explain the process clearly. He gave me honest advices, and most inportant to me, he was teaching me while the process was going on . From negotiations to closing, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Michael Bacelo and his team at eXp Realty were amazing from start to finish. We moved from Vero Beach, Fl to upstate NY and had never sold a home before, so we were completely overwhelmed and did not know where to start. Our friends gave us Michaels information and he replied right away when I reached out to him. He came over and discussed the current market with us and we came up with a game plan to sell our home as quickly as possible. Within only 4 days our house was under contract. Michal was amazing with staying in touch with me for 2 whole years while I built my credit. He walked and talked me through it all!!
