Highly recommend Michael and Sons. Specifically the tech, Ryan Disorbo. He was very personable and extremely thorough. He went through all of our options, taking time to explain the little details and the cost of everything. He wasn’t pushy and was confident in what he was doing. Had a significant well pressure tank and filter issue. Josh was recommended to me by a friend, and I reached out to him. He returned my call in 15 minutes and was at my house 30 minutes later, assessing the situation. He arrived early the next morning with all the materials he needed, install the new tank and much larger and more efficient filter after explaining his thought process as to why this was necessary. He finished the work in less than five hours. Everything was professionally done in a neat and clean manner. More importantly, his demeanor and attitude was professional and personal. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!
Our technician, Jason, did a great job for us! He explained what he needed to do and was very thorough. No mess to clean up and all of the old “equipment” was taken away. Thanks, Jason!
Replaced both the upstairs and downstairs HVACs with Michael & Son ~2 months ago. I'm already on my 6th service call for these brand new units (~$27k). Downstairs unit was taking over an hour to increase the temperature by 2 degrees (it was only spitting out 77 degree air, well below the 105-115 the technician said I should be getting). The heat on the upstairs unit has had issues as well. For a while it wouldn't kick on, had to use AUX heat to keep our house at 65. First technician that came out replaced thermostat then said we needed a senior technician because he didn't know what else to do. Senior technician comes out and determines its a compressor issue. Has to order the part. Replaces it, still doesn't work, has to order a new computer board. Literally within a week of those "repairs" the upstairs unit is only spitting out 80 degree air if I'm lucky. It takes forever to warm up the house. I'm not sure what happened with the install, seemed smooth, but it's unacceptable how many service calls I've had to schedule on brand new units.
Ronald was very professional when coming out to my home for mitigation services. He was a really nice and approachable person. As an employee he told me what he was doing. My problem was not with him but the company as a whole because I could never get any kind of person in charge to answer needed questions. I was told several times not to worry that they would handle working with my insurance but they never did. The work they came to do was never completed. I was left with a job half done and a bill.
