Only saw two staff members in the store, needed to wait about 10 minutes both for someone to help me unlock spray paint and to help check my id to check out with it. Staff members were very helpful but there need to be more of them because replacing everyone with self checkout doesn't cut it.
Absolutely not!!!!! My husband and I went to get some wrapping paper and a few other items. We got profiled by getting followed in the store and the same stupid kid that followed us was extremely rude he walked right in front of me and my husband on a very narrow aisle with a basket actually hit my husband with the basket he didnt excuse him self at all then he came back for round 2 with the basket but with me this time and I told him to go on another aisle because I am not about to be hit with a basket by some punk kid!!!!! I told the manager and all she had to say was he's actually a good kid.... im canceling my membership and going to hobby lobby the only reason why I was even there is because my favorite store with good customer service was closed 0/10 will never shop again!!!!!!!
Went 3 weeks before Halloween but the main displays were christmas with a few side Halloween displays that were low stock. I understand having the crafts out early but trees/decor? Otherwise it was around average Michael's experience except they were low on stock on normal items & there seemed to not be anyone throughout the store to assist customers. Some workers around the self check/balloon area.
It gives me great pleasure to leave a review for the absolutely amazing service that I just received at this Michael’s location! I just have to shout out Jared, the manager! Well, I think he was the manager but if not, he should be! He welcomes the customers to the store with so much fun & energy that it makes you want to search for him in the store to help you find a product even if you don’t need him 🤣 He is such a great representative of this store and I left feeling so pleased and happy 😁 Check out was fast & the cashiers were just as amazing 🤩 Thank you Jared! You Rock 🤘 😁❤️
Jared and Jasmine are absolutely amazing! I needed a particular flower and when I called, Jared jumped into action to make sure I got what I needed. When I came in, Jasmine had such amazing energy! She was so kind and excited with my personal journey as well as just in general. They didn’t treat me like I was just another person or that they didn’t care about their job. Jasmine and Jared went above and beyond! I am so happy with my experience! Thank you Jasmine and Jared!!
