I went to te Store for removed the virus and some pop adds on my phone. And they did it. If you have virus and more come to this place
Won't recommend this place .. first time there when I did an screen change cuz my phone's screen ( Samsung Note 10) was broken, they told me 70$ 😒 3 days my phone screen was getting blurry and some dark spots.. 3 months after that I did my 2nd screen change but this time they told me 75$ but my phone screen 1 weeks after that it when low quality .. months later I did my 3rd screen repair but they told me 109$ cuz taxes and it depends by the weeks .. then just getting out from the store I turned on my phone's screen and I was disappointed cuz my whole screen was really bad installed completely blurry so I returned back to get it fixed .. they told me they will change my screen again but I don't think they did..I believe they use the same screen but never coming back to this place..even if the screen were really cheap it don't have to be blurry or bad installed... U will see the way they reply arguing with lies back when they getting 1 ⭐.. a good store provide answers no lies.

I don't trust many of the retailers on ferry street but this store earned my trust and business. they gave me good advice, information and solutions to my problem. the young man working the counter knows his products and gives sound recommendations. the tech working alongside also seems honest and knowledgeable. I didn't have to return to this store once I found they didn't have the solution to my problem that I preferred, but i was glad to return to them and buy some products for the phone I ultimately had to purchase elsewhere. more importantly I didn't feel they were ripping me off like many stores here do.
Seamless and well priced service. Dropped off my macbook and iphone, both with black screens, fixed by microcity quickly and affordably. The apple store told me I had to replace both and they cannot be fixed. Clean and amazing work! Saved me 1000s 🙏
