Trey is such a knowledgeable and caring trainer who really wanted the best for me. He pushed me towards my goals while being understanding. He had a really flexible schedule and came to my apartment gym to do at-home training. He helped me get out of a fitness rut and get stronger while keeping in mind my previous injuries.
