Had a flat on one of our drive wheels spoke with Jim, the guys were able to get us back on the road in about 20 minutes even though we were there at close. Highly appreciate, and recommend Midwest.
This place does amazing work, and they're very patient and knowledgeable. My 1st visit a few months ago, I had to replace my spare and decided to go to Midwest Tire bec of they're rating. That 1st visit, the sales guy (forget his name) informed me of the tire selection and that it was the closest to the factory tire. I appreciated the explanation without asking. My 2nd visit was on NYE day, bec that same tire was very low. I wasn't sure if a nail was in it, but it was only right to go back to the same company. I was told there was a nail in it, that it was repaired, and after a few minutes after I left I went back and they left for the day. So I came back on today (Jan 2nd) and asked the sales guy to show me where the repair was. I explained that usually when I had tires repaired, I would be shown where the nail was and how it was repaired. He did it without hesitation, and then showed me the actual mechanism used to repair the tire, which is SO much better than past tire repair shops I've gone to. I told him I wondered why it was $30, and after he showed me what they use and why, it was obvious and well worth the price. This particular repair method will last the life of the tire. As long as I'm in Omaha, Midwest Tire will be my go to place every time!!
I was visiting from out of town, I and had gotten the "low pressure" warning for one tire while on the drive to Omaha. I needed it looked at on short notice before I drove home. Midwest told me to drop it off on the day that I called. I was prepared for being told I needed a new tire or even for a hard-sell for 4 new tires. Instead, by mid-afternoon, my tire was repaired for a very reasonable price. I drove 450 miles home with no issues, and now two months later, the repair has held up just fine. They provided great, honest service to an out-of-town visitor.
Best tire shop around. Extremely honest. Inexpensive. Loyal. Excellent work. I keep moving further away and I keep driving to Midwest Tire. Been going there since I was 16, I'm 47 now. I send everyone I know there. Ask for Mike!
We needed new tires and were long overdue. I made one phone call and Mike had us taken care of the next day. Informed us on deals, pros and cons of each one so we could make a decision that was best for us. I will be a long time customer of Midwest Tire just simply for their customer service over other local shops. Thank you Midwest Tire!
