Very picky when it comes to installation and service on my audio equipment. After a couple months researching different audio system options and dealers I decided to make the drive to Baton Rouge and visit Mike’s. Ace met up with me and discussed all the options available for my particular vehicle. He was very professional in all aspects of dealings. He suggested a particular setup for my subs and box. Price was well in line with what I was looking for. Time was setup for install. On day of install I discussed what some other other friends suggested I upgrade to. Ace gladly showed me that option for as he suggested I was better off with the setup we have previously discussed. In a time where people sometimes try to oversell items it felt great to have him say to stay with what I have planned. Install time was dead on what the said would take. Job looks like it came out really clean Thanks for making me a customer for future work.
Had an appointment that i made a week in advance for today. They said they could get me in and out in the same day. Drove 3 hours, made arrangements to be picked up and dropped off. Called before heading that way and they told me that we were still on. Show up, and what do you know, they tell me it cant be done that day. What an absolute waste of time. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Accommodating is not a word Id use to describe them. Im sure they will respond with whatever excuse they have but its not right.
I am a new to audio accessories and subs for my car. I have never heard a sub before and Ace was super friendly and helpful. He allowed me to listen to his sub and it sounded awesome. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants a perfect customer service and friendly experience!
A long story. Our coordinating at first did not go smoothly. I reached out through their website with no reply. Luckily a nearby competitor also failed to respond. So, I called later after returning from a trip. I was promised a text was coming with an appointment date and time. It did not. Frustrated, I called the car dealership to see about getting the speaker fixed. The price was so high I decided to try them again. Another call revealed that they had set up an appointment, but the text had not came to me, so I had missed it. They set up another and I arrived on time, but they no longer had the speakers in stock. I bought something slightly more expensive. Sounds like bait and switch to me, but for some reason I don't think that is true. I am currently waiting for them to install the new system. Ace has impressed me. You will almost enjoy giving him your money. I fully expect to soon have a repaired sound system that sounds better than the original, if not I will let you know. Finally, Mike's Audio is a bigger operation than I expected. They do much more than just cars. Check them out!! I believe you will like the result.
