We are so happy with the work the team at Mike's Electric did for us. Aaron and Matt were amazing and knowledgeable (and so sweet to our dog, too). We have a unique setup with track lighting and puck lighting in our kitchen, and they sourced matching replacements, upgraded our transformers, and taught us things along the way. It was easy to pay our bill online, everything was transparent, and when they decided not to install the dimmer switches they automatically removed it from our bill. They cleaned everything before they left and I couldn't be happier. My kitchen is bright again and we will absolutely call Mike's Electric the next time we need work done.
I was very happy with the electrician’s work. He worked efficiently and completed the job well. However, I was disappointed to see that I was billed for an apprentice in addition to the electrician. I don’t believe customers should be charged for someone who is still in training, especially when this was never clearly explained at the time I called to schedule the appointment. Because of this, the final bill was higher than what was discussed. While there is a small disclosure in the confirmation email, this was never mentioned during the phone call when the appointment was made. Had this been clearly communicated upfront, I could have made an informed decision.

Even with ownership not physically present, we felt completely confident trusting their team with access to our facility and execution of the work. I had the best experience with Mike’s electric from the beginning when I called to schedule to the end with my service. Nice to talk with people that seem happy with what they do. The work was done well and the electrician was great. I will use them again and again. Also their prices are very competitive.
Working with Mike’s Electric was a wonderful experience. They responded quickly, were helpful and completed the work the same week. The technician was on time, throughout and very respectful. He answered all of my questions and did a wonderful job placing a new mounted outlet for us and replacing our oven cord.
