for anyone wanting to start their laser journey: start here! i had my first treatment on friday and the whole experience was lovely and fulfilling. lexi was so friendly and got me set up over the phone efficiently. ariel was amazing and so knowledgeable; she explained the laser process very clearly for me before doing the treatment which let me know i was in good hands. marina did my consultation and she was such a sweetheart; she helped me understand what this service will do for me and made sure we explored all of the available options so i could pick what would work best for me. they are extremely trans friendly here too which just made me feel more at home. i went in a little nervous and clueless and left excited for my next appointment. i cannot recommend this location enough especially to trans folk; thank you milan! 💗
Truly can’t recommend a laser hair removal company more than Milan. I initially started my laser treatments in Denver, Colorado, moved out of state to the East Coast and three years later found myself in Houston. I did have some regrowth and with the amazing lifetime guarantee they got me in and back on a five week routine routine and I already see my results from my regrowth. Hannah is the SWEETEST and so professional. All the ladies are so lovely and welcoming. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking into laser treatments. And it’s lifetime Guarantee warranty… I don’t know of another hair removal salon that offers that. You’re truly missing out if you don’t give it a try.
I have been coming to this location for little over a year and was mostly satisfied with my experience with the exception of one issue that occurred during my initial consultation. I expressed my concern to multiple staff members throughout the year to no avail. Then Lexi steps in. Lexi truly listened to me with empathy and respect. I felt heard and that my concern would be addressed. It is because of Lexi's excellent customer service that garners the 5 star rating. She exemplified what customer service should be and in turn has made me a very satisfied customer.
I love the staff at this location!!. My NPs are all so kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. Every time I walk in I am pleasantly greeted and I feel confident that I am going to be well taken care of. The facility is extremely clean and Marina is an outstanding manager who makes sure everything goes smoothly for both her staff and patients. They never make you feel uncomfortable and they listen to every concern that you have. For such an intimate service they make everything feel comfortable. The results are ABSOLUTELY unbelievable! I promise you will not regret the decision to join the Milan San Felipe family!!

She is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel at ease during every appointment. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, checks in to make sure I am comfortable, and really personalizes the experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
