Great service and attention to detail for my first visit! Male tech was efficient and respected my wishes to only buff and not use drill. My first experience with gel builder nails: burned 🔥 for several seconds under the lamp. But definitely excited to see how they last and feel. Already feels much better than dip!
I went to Milano because a great friend recommended the nail salon. The place is super clean and Tran is the absolute best! I wanted Christmas nails and she definitely delivered!!! I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and she rocked the designs and all! My nails turned out better than the picture!
I had the pleasure of visiting Milano Nail Spa, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I walked in without an appointment, but Yen were able to seat me right away. Every staff member I encountered was kind, friendly, and welcoming. The salon itself is absolutely stunning—especially with the holiday décor. The atmosphere felt cozy, warm, and peaceful, which was exactly what I needed. I even brought in a Starbucks drink, and unlike many other places, they had no problem with it. Their openness and hospitality meant a lot. I’m currently going through a difficult time after losing my father-in-law, and this visit felt like a much-needed oasis from the stress. I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness and the comfort this experience brought me. I highly recommend Milano Nail Spa for anyone looking for exceptional service, a beautiful environment, and a space that truly cares about its customers. Thank you so much Yen my nails are gorgeous and just what I needed.
The shop was absolutely wonderful and they fit me in without an appointment when I called. I originally had acrylic from another shop that I wanted to have taken off but went to get an acrylic fill for, just to be easy. When u sat with Lily, she told me she has enough time to remove my previous nails and do what I wanted. What I loved most was that she cared more about keeping my original nails and suggested the builder gel on them instead of doing tips of any kind. While my nails are shorter than I typically like, due to the circumstances of acrylic and how short the last place cut my nails, they were still done great and I will be coming back to see Lily. She personable and so is the staff. Clean, awesome selection of colors, and their prices are better and more fair than I’ve seen when comparing multiple shops.
I’m only sharing a photo of my amazing gel almond shaped nail manicure!! But let me just say my pedicure experience was pure majestic TOO!! Liz was nothing short of amazing. The entire experience was phenomenal from the moment we entered the doors until we walked back out!! I’m so pleased and I’ve already booked my 2 week appointment.
