The receptionist is top tier. She’s always pleasant when answering the phone. Mr. Wilson is knowledgeable with any questions you have. Excellent service. I do recommend this company.
Sounds good and dandy in the beginning, very persuasive and quick to take your money. But once you engage with these people, the work ethic seen in the beginning drops, you have to be chasing behind these people for updates and very hard to get in touch with for a meeting. Unprofessional and untimely. I paid in full upfront to file my taxes and get work done and it was a year later before the work was done to simply file 3 W2s after chasing behind them and all I heard was I’m sorry. I guess their govt contracts and big clients are more important than us “little” walk in customers. This review is not out of spite or animosity but as a warning to others. This review had a long time coming. People beware!

Wilson and his team were fantastic and extremely patient as we gathered 4 years of business and personal tax information. We tried to do it ourselves and it was completely wrong. I highly recommend this team. If you have a business get a CPA sooner than later.
I generally prefer not to leave negative reviews, but after spending an entire week’s paycheck on what I can only describe as a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Mildred Esua, CPA, I feel compelled to share my experience. From the very beginning, I was met with an uncomfortable amount of pressure to sign on immediately and leave a positive review—before even receiving any service. Communication was poor throughout. Emails and phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, and when I did receive responses, they lacked the clarity and professionalism I would expect from a firm offering financial or investment-related services. Additionally, I received no meaningful or actionable advice regarding tax savings or investment strategy, which was the primary reason I sought out the service in the first place. The entire interaction felt rushed, disorganized, and ultimately a waste of both my time and money. If you’re considering working with Mildred Esua, CPA, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I regret the time and money spent and hope this review helps others make a more informed choice.
