My Fiancee and I love this place!!! I highly recommend them! JOHNNY is a great dude and the staff is amazing I got a Chain with a pendant AND my wedding band. MY Fiancee got her wedding rings and some other Beautiful Jewelry!!! I cannot thank Johnny and staff enough for working with us. Amazing place!!!

so i would give them a no star but we got a thing in the mail for a free gift of a certain value the earing they gave us ar def something i could have gotten fro temu. the thing they sent out makes you think your getting some luxury free gift ha yea right. then they lied and said the ring y husband got was a gold two toned ring of course after we left we looked at it and there is no stamp on it its GOLD PLATED. It’s not even stones on it they are silver parts that look like Dimond they knew wat they were doing when they did it im not going to be paying the a damn thing. they completely played us and right before Christmas shame on you ladies there. this company is supposed to be well known and they want me to pay 300.00 for a GOLD PLATED RING plus it’s not even stones or Dimond it’s silver absolutely not i wish i could return it but i cant unfortunately. so sad the way these crooked company will do hard working individuals who are just trying to build there credit up. I do not recommend them go somewhere that won’t play you
**** UPDATE TO MY INITIAL REVIEW **** The only reason I am not deleting my initial review is to show what the initial issue was and how Milestone went above and beyond to make it right! I was presented with options to make up for the initial issue which resulted in a bad rash due to the rhodium coating on the chain I purchased. It turns out that rhodium has nickel in it and my son is allergic to nickel. Milestone management offered to order a 100% sterling silver chain for me and it has not caused any rash on my son's neck. We are very grateful to Milestone for such exemplary service and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a jeweler who cares about the customer experience. Thank you Milestone! ************************************************************ I purchased a chain for a birthday gift on 6/27/2024. The cost was $1200 plus $135 for a guarantee and we were assured that the chain was Sterling Silver and hypoallergenic, etc. It caused a Horrible Rash which required medication! Just to make sure it wasn't something else that caused the rash, the necklace was worn again after the rash healed AND the same results occurred.....RASH!!! The store was closed when I tried to contact them and I can't wait until they open tomorrow so I can take said necklace in there with the expectation that they will do the right thing. This is ridiculous and they should not mislead customers! I am also now convinced that they know the jewelry is not as promised since they have a "No Return" policy. I have purchased from them in the past without issue but I will no longer be a customer after this incident.
I purchased a ring around 4 thousand it's fully paid off but the diamonds are loose I have been emailing the main web site see if they will secure my ring for me no response yet...
