Mille Fleurs is wonderful! We have used them for several years now for everything from birthdays, anniversaries, get wells and more. Their arrangements are so unique and beautiful and we are always really happy with what they put together. This week they were able to get an arrangement ordered and made for me to pick up in under two hours. They are our go-to for flowers in DFW!
I ordered a bouquet for homecoming. I ordered the pastel bouquet picture below and I received one that was White. An Asian culture cultures white flowers signify death the bouquet was unusable for homecoming and the professional photos we had scheduled. Can someone please contact me about a potential refund? Those pastel flowers are on your website under occasions. I have the invoice where pastels is noted by whoever took my order and the invoice to prove that it was ordered and PICKED UP THERE. I sent that by email and have yet to get a response.
Ordered a $100 arrangement called "Wildflower Style" (first pic below). They have a $75 option, $100, and $125. The first photo is what I ordered, and the second photo is what I received. I sent these flowers as a "get well" to someone and was really disappointed as there wasn't a similarity at all... (second pic) Called the shop and tried to talk to the manager, but I was talking to some other staff and I was talking to the manager through her..don't know why she couldn't come to the phone! I called and let them know that I picked a specific design and the wrong one was sent. Then the lady on the phone said that someone could pick the arrangement up the next day and swap it out for the correct one. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do as it was for someone who just got from the hospital and the lady on the phone said "well do you want it or not? We aren't going to give you two arrangements for the price of one". I had them go and switch the arrangements, and it still didn't look close to the arrangement I picked out. (3rd pic). Will not order from them again/do not recommend.
Their website was very easy to navigate, the flower arrangement was true to what the picture showed. I’m very pleased with their delivery as it was prompt. Being from Iowa having to find a florist in Dallas they are amazing. I will be ordering from them again. Thank you so much.
