Millstone Bakery à Plano conçoit des gâteaux personnalisés et une large gamme de produits frais. Une boulangerie familiale tenue par un couple belge local, elle utilise des ingrédients complets — farine, crème, sucre, beurre et chocolat belge — et évite le sirop de maïs. Les clients louent les magnifiques décors de gâteaux, les saveurs délicieuses et les pains et pâtisseries tout juste sortis du four, des brioches à la cannelle aux baguettes et biscuits.

Sandwiches fraîchement préparés tels que salade de thon, dinde au Brie et salade de poulet, parfaits pour un déjeuner rapide.

I had a great experiencing ordering a custom cake. The order process was easy, price was fair, and they took my design idea and turned it into to something so beautiful! The wedding cake flavor was really good too, moist and not too dry.
We love Millstone Bakery. It’s family owned by a local Belgian couple. They use whole food ingredients - flour, cream, sugar, butter, Belgian chocolate. We have tried everything: brioche cinnamon rolls, brownies, cake pops, cake slices of all kinds, specially roasted mocha coffee with chocolate ganache, fantastic fresh bread, yummy tuna and chicken salad sandwiches, turkey with Brie, cookies, eclairs, lemon bars, custom cakes and whole desserts, Belgian waffles. Suffice it to say-the quality is outstanding. Every dessert is perfection. They use no corn syrup (owner’s reaction showed that they wouldn’t even consider using it.). Highly recommend this lovely, locally owned bakery.
Absolutely delicious!! Tried the red velvet cake from their signature line and it was so good, perfectly moist and delicious , I loved the cream cheese frosting.It had the right balance of sweetness. I also tried their baguettes and whole grain loaf, they were fresh and felt the good quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be going back to try more of their delicious and freshly made products.
Ordered a custom red velvet birthday cake and it was gorgeous and large. I was only really disappointed because it didn't taste like red velvet at all and looked pale red on the inside. I did like the icing, a little sweet, but that's very perfect for the party and I liked the design of the cake. Only thing is the cake just tasted like generic cake flavor, not red velvet.
Millstone Bakery made a cake for my sister’s baby shower, and they did such an amazing job. I was blown away by how delicious the cake was in addition to the presentation of the cake itself. They really brought my vision to life for this cake and made it look even better than the inspo picture I provided. We received so many compliments on this cake. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them!!
