Minda has such a gentleness in her spirit, a natural glow in her smile and a calm confidence in her teachings, that in one lesson inspired me to dig deep and find softness and joy in my beloved piano practice. I had an old harp given to me. Always thought the harp was a beautiful instrument. I went to Minda Music to have it restrung. Being an older harp made it a challenge but Minda did an awesome job and my harp sounds wonderful. She is a wonderful and talented lady ! Taking harp lessons with Minda has been a truly wonderful experience. As an adult learner returning to music after a long break—and picking up an entirely new instrument—I really appreciate her thoughtful balance of reinforcing technique while also guiding me through pieces I select that keep me engaged, both on lever and pedal harp. She has also taken the time to walk me through the ins and outs of being a harpist, from changing strings to safely loading the harp into its case. Plus, exploring the variety of harps in the shop has been a treat as I consider all the options available.
I’ve had a life long dream of learning to play the harp! Minda has been so patient and kind to work with. My fiancée and I purchased a 5 pack of private lessons and are in the process of purchasing a harp. Both processes have been done with the utmost care and professionalism! We eagerly look forward to every trip to the gallery. I cannot recommend them enough!
