We had an excellent experience with Jorden! He cut my son’s hair, and made sure before we even got started, that he understood what we were asking for. I thought the haircut came with a wash, and I should’ve asked, but by the time I remembered, we were loading up in the car. I still plan to come back in the future.
Took my son for the second time here, he loves it. We got Nick both times. Best Barber, knows his stuff and will get everything done how you want it.
I PAID $360 FOR GREEN HIGHLIGHTS. before i went in I had been growing out my hair which had been previously dyed a deep red, but then faded over time. Before we started I showed Miao and explained that I would like different tones, like caramel, honey, blonde. I didn’t want it all one shade, but as you can see in the pictures, she didn’t only NOT deliver but she botched my hair. I get it’s not the easiest to go from red to blonde or brown, but color theory would’ve worked I feel. And she should know that, being the owner of the store and been through hair school. NOT TO MENTION the patch of red/brown literally on the top of my head???? just shows how much they were playing in my hair. Towards the end of the dying process her and the other lady just started brushing the whole top of my head with dye and I think that’s where that spot is from. Miao tried to hide it by giving me a middle part (i’ve never in my 19 years of living worn a middle part) I obviously didn’t notice any of these mistakes until I was in the sun started playing with my hair. It honestly would not have been such a problem if they didn’t try to cover it up. Now I have to pay another $200 (SOMEWHERE ELSE) just to get it fixed to what I originally wanted.
Vicky consist,talented hair stylist. She cut and color exactly the way I wanted.Mio salon provides great service. Thanks so much for making my hair beautiful💖
Mios is the BEST!!! I have been on island cor 6+ years & have had horrible experiences with other salons doing my coloring/highlights on island. I would have to wait to go back to NY to get my hair done at my salon back home. I came in with damaged, over-processed hair. Mios educated me on hair care & why it’s important to get treatments to prevent further damage after getting highlights/coloring. Highly recommend her if you’re skeptical like me! My nail technician referred me to her & I’m so grateful I gave her a chance. She’s got a warm & welcoming personality and a positive environment. Thank you Mios!!!! I found my salon!
