We recently had our TV wall done by Miracle Furniture. Although we faced a few hiccups initially, we’re extremely happy with the final outcome. The two professionals who worked on-site were meticulous and dedicated throughout the project. They patiently accommodated all our requests and were incredibly helpful, even with the language barrier. Truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail!
The service and communication within the process was okay; the work was spectacular and excellent. Despite the inconveniences, they rectified the problems and achieved the desired result. Mission accomplished!
Hired SG Design aka Miracle furniture for my entertainment center build, what an experience, they came knock down the work within a week. I don’t need to say more the pictures says all!! Thank you Daniel, Santiago and the team!!
We purchased 2 couches and decided to add a featured wall to our living room back on Feb 2024. The store employees were great up until they weren’t. The couches are good, no complaints there. However, the PVC wall panels they display in their store has been a headache since day 1. To get them to come out and start the wall was a hassle, they’ll say a day and time then they’ll no show. Finally wall was completed and there were many imperfections, which we notified them immediately.Lights were added in the wall, one side does not match the other. Then one side stopped working completely only months after the install. We weren’t turning those light on often. We turned them on about 2-3x a month. We’ve been reaching out to the store to get this replaced at least 20x, I wish I was exaggerating. There’s always 101 excuses, we’ve been told at least 10 times someone was going to show up and it’s been 2 months, no one has showed up. I feel that my husband has been very understanding and patient with them but at this point it’s completely irresponsible on their end. They talk about the employee not being consistent, but that’s not our fault, they should get someone else to resolve the issue. I’m more than dissatisfied with the customer treatment. We’ve wanted to continue working with them but this treatment is unfair and I’m not willing to go through this again. We’ve cleared our schedules numerous times because we were told someone was coming. This wall was also very costly. We’ve spent $3k on a wall and we can’t get someone to come fix an issue that is their fault for poor quality materials. It’s super upsetting and frustrating. So future customers be aware, you’re treated great at first until funds are released then when you run into issues with their work, there’s no guarantee it’ll get fixed. At this point I have no choice but to warn customers, and advise about the future mishaps you’ll run into.Poor quality lights, install and terrible customer service.
