I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I received from Rick and his team at Miramar Ceramic & Audio. I had my dash cam hardwired, and they took their time to make sure everything was done cleanly and professionally—it looks flawless. Rick personally walked me through the entire setup, explaining how everything works and making sure I felt comfortable using it before I left. What really sets them apart, though, is Rick’s knowledge and genuine willingness to help. He patiently answered and helped me troubleshoot several other questions I had, and the warmth and friendliness from everyone there made the whole experience exceptional. They truly went above and beyond—even taking time out of their day to help me look for my lost earbuds! If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend Miramar Ceramic & Audio to anyone looking for top-notch work and outstanding customer service!

Rick took care of me, guided me through the knowledge and design process of getting my business vehicle wrapped, and it looks awesome! What an incredible business. The amount of care and proficiency these guys put into the work they do is amazing. I brought an 80s 4runner in to get some new speakers installed and a new stereo head unit put in. I called them initially to setup a consultation. I worked with Rick who is beyond awesome and absolutely hilarious. We went over everything I wanted to do and he gave a bunch of options. He was very honest and knowledgeable - and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. Basically here’s your options and let me know what you want to do. A true professional. A few days later I dropped my truck off and got it back later that same day as it was a slower day for them. Rick went over everything with me and it came out fantastic. No hidden costs and zero issues with the install. It sounds great! I would recommend this place ten times over. I’ve included some pictures of before and after too.
The store front entrance is located in the back of the plaza. We are happy repeat customers who received multiple services. 3 of our vehicles received professional window tinting. Came out flawless with no bubbles or peeling. Then 2 of the same vehicles car audios upgraded. It’s like having a sexy mini mommy/daddy makeover! The 2002 cassette tape car audio was swapped out to the Sony XAV-AX6000 touch screen display with back up camera, car play and all the good stuff that the newer car models have without having to purchase a new car! A viper alarm was also installed. It worked so well that we came back to upgrade our 2010 vehicle that had 5 CD changer to the same Sony audio system. They made sure that the new system was compatible with the original JBL surround system. It included a mic and a type c charger in the glove box. Miramar Car Audio is a one stop shop for all car accessories. They even detailed and washed our cars! We are thankful for Carlos the owner and Rick the sales manager to provide great quality service that’s honest, quick and reliable.
These guys are exceptional- precision, care, excellent customer service, great prices, outstanding products! Upgraded my 2014 Lexus rx450h navigation screen and happy I did- what a difference! Happy with experience and impressed with Rick- what a stellar manager, accomplishing so much at the helm! Will be returning to get my car tinted with UV and heat reducing tint. Update- today I completed my install and car/ auto services- whole car window tint (*sunroof, windshield), whole auto ceramic coating service, and car play/apple upgrade with Miramar Car Audio. They provided quality, precision, outstanding customer service, patience, expertise, knowledge, support, communication, honesty and detail oriented hardwork. Could not be happier and HIGHLY recommend. Photos to come.....
