Have been to seen their osteopath, Laura, a few times and she has made a great improvement in my shoulder and hip mobility. Very knowledgeable and she provides great ideas for stretches and exercises at home.
Osteopathy and more specifically, Laura Dalton, has literally changed my life. I have dealt with chronic back pain from a vehicle collision, and coupled that with sports injuries from playing hard over the years. I have tried multiple practitioners, and multiple forms of therapy, but Laura’s osteopathy techniques have far exceeded any pain relief and long term symptom rehabilitation I have experienced from any other kind of treatment. I do not live close to her clinic, but I am happy to make the drive, because she gets the job done. Do yourself a favour and book with her. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Susan is an amazing acupuncturist, I went last week for the first time and slept like a baby. Then I did a follow up today, feeling so relaxed. I am so grateful for the service Dr. Susan provides, she is extremely kind and caring. The place is neat and calming as well, I recommend for anyone who needs great acupuncturist.
I had my osteotherapy appointment with Laura and she is the best. My hips, legs and shoulders feel so much better after her static Osteopathy work. 10/10 recommend.
I started seeing Leah after I was in a car accident. I thought would have ongoing issues with my shoulder after the accident but Leah did an amazing job with helping me heal. I've continuously seen Leah over three years now and I still get the same quality service I did when I first started seeing her. Before each appointment she does a check in to see how my body feels and if there are any areas of concern or focus. She also checks in during my service to ensure the pressure is comfortable. I highly recommend seeing her for either maintainenance or specific concerns.
