This was my first time coming here, and I was very surprised by the $46 price for a basic car wash — especially since it wasn’t a hand wash. I normally pay $35 near Lenox for a full detailing, but I needed a wash ASAP and was already in line, so I decided to stay. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. The employees did a poor job wiping down the car, and there were multiple visible stains left on the exterior. There was even bird droppings still on my car after the wash. I ended up having to come home and wipe down the car myself to finish the job. Overall, this felt like a waste of $46, and I will not be returning.
My car was still dirty. I paid $47 to have my car cleaned in and out. The windows were half cleaned, the dashboard was not wiped, they just spray the tires and scrubbed a brush around them, the rims were still dirty. They did not put my cup holders or ash tray back in my vehicle. Do not recommend, unless you just need a rinse
Careful with this place. Went for a car wash and the machine scratched the entire right side of my car. In all fairness my car was very dirty from dirt roads and i suspect that something got caught with their brushes and scratched the car but they should have caught it if in fact that is what happened.
The team consistently delivers outstanding service. I use their hand-washing option, and it’s always thorough and exceptional. The manager, Cisco, is incredibly kind and helpful with any questions or suggestions. Highly recommended!
Nice clean establishment with very kind and professional workers! I have to come at least once a month to get my light colored interior done and every time they have my car looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor
