Car seat was damaged during service — resulting in a nonfunctional seat. We immediately reported the issue to onsite staff then to corporate office. They are not taking any responsibility for the mistake.
I have been using this car wash for almost two years, and the quality has been consistently poor. Every time I pay the official $22 extra fee for interior cleaning, and every time the result is disappointing. There is no quality control here. If someone is supposed to supervise or check the work, they should actually do it. One day the service is bad, the next day it’s still bad — nothing changes. The interior is not properly cleaned, surfaces are not wiped, and the floor mats are just rinsed with water and left wet. After two years of giving this place chances, I honestly regret being a customer. Very poor standards, no accountability, and not worth the money. Not recommended.
10/10 DO NOT recommend Mister Carwash. Paid for a Titanium Interior clean plus floor mats, set me back over $48 before tip. Looks like they used dirty rags and never vacuumed anything. This isn’t the nitpicky stuff, this is what’s blatantly visible. Instead of getting the scent I requested I received the reek of cigarettes (or other things). Awful. Tried to fill out an online survey and the link doesn’t work. Of course it doesn’t. Won’t be returning.
These photos were after the wash believe it or not. Nothing was cleaned. Paid for the highest cleaning package because I knew my car needed it. Would not recommend or go back. Customer service never got back to me regarding the terrible job either.
I have been taking my vehicles to Mister Car Wash for years and have watched it go downhill. I never leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I paid for interior and exterior- and I ALWAYS tip. Nothing was wiped down, cleaning product was pooled in cups and doors, and it wasn’t even vacuumed that well. I tried to speak with someone over the phone but got voicemail. Extremely disappointed.
