I had my vehicle washed they did a great job the worker was great.
One of the shittier car washes I’ve ever been through. It didn’t break my car, but the quality of the clean is pretty poor for $18. They were moving cars through rapid fire, so seems like a high volume conveyor belt.
I would never recommend Mr. Car Wash. Car Wash is the worst car wash company I've ever seen. It's useless. The truth is that they always say the same thing: "We'll look for the tablet and file a report when something gets broken." It turns out that they always do the same thing, they always do the same thing, but they never respond. They've broken my rearview mirror and bumper, and I've filed reports at this car wash here at the university and at the one on the strip because both of them have broken my car. They've never responded. They say they're going to send you an email, but they never do. They say they're going to contact you from California, but they never do. They tell you they're not going to respond at all. So right now, I'm waiting for the police.
I always have the BEST service and results from here. The manager,Tom Konkol is friendly, professional and helpful. I was so worried about putting my car in the wash the first time but Tom and his staff just told me what to do with my car and the wash does the rest! I use this car wash at least once a week because of the service, care and how nice my car gets clean. I definitely recommend them!
Went there because I heard good things about Mister in general. Got their best level wash which costs about 30 bucks or so. Multiple bad things happened that made me give them a 1-star review. The brushes actually scratched the car so we had to start a claim. This was about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. They keep saying that they will have results within 2-3 business days but it’s been a hunt to get an answer. Will update this review once I do. Second, the wash didn’t even clean the car. The whole back still had physical dirt on it and none of it got off. My car is a brand new 2024 BMW, so for all this to happen at the very first car wash I take it to is very sad. Save the money. Don’t use. Unless you don’t care about your car getting scratched or getting cleaned and want to waste your money.
