Definitely not up to standards. If this weren't a chain that I've had better experiences with elsewhere I would be more understanding but this is the same price, and they expect you to vacuum and dry your own car. What exactly would I be tipping for when that is part of the service everywhere else? Had to run car through twice, still unacceptably dirty. This wouldn't have happened at any other location.
The staff at this Mister Car wash is always on their phone, they never spray the car before it goes through the wash. This location also does not clean cars, dosnt clean back window well, sides by lower car and front hood, grill area. It’s not worth the experience. Highly recommend going to another car wash company.
The team here is always friendly. Reggie and Ebony are always courteous and friendly. The unlimited carwash is a game changer. We treated ourselves to the Platinum package because Ebony recommended it and we have been happy with it ever since.
The car wash is fine. It’s getting ridiculous when a drive-through self service car wash with self vacuuming ask if you would like to add a tip. I don’t need someone to stand at the machine and run my credit card for me and then verbally ask me. Pay your employees enough for a $15, 3-minute car wash.
well this place was a bust. i have to park under trees and my car gets pretty gross from them. i went through after work to get a weekly clean and the wash barely did a thing. the roof of my car and the back hood look like they didn’t get touched. i asked the guy if i could go through again since my car was still clearly filthy, which he did allow me to do - super sweet and the only reason they get two stars from me. because the second time through wasn’t any better. ten bucks down the drain.
