For our 59th wedding anniversary my wife needed her wedding ring resized and repaired. Heather was very helpful in guiding us through it. It was ready in less than a week and it was amazing. It looked better than new. I am now having my wedding band renewed. I am so glad we found Mitchener-Farrand.
Heather with Mitchener-Farrand Fine Jewelry was a great help. I took my wedding ring in to get a diamond replaced and to get another diamond ring resized. Heather spoke to the jeweler and he determined my wedding ring needed several of my prongs reworked so that I would not lose anymore diamond and he did a beautiful job. My husbands wedding ring also needed repaired and you can’t tell anything was wrong with it. Exceptional work. Would highly recommend.

Great work re-setting my Columbian emerald, removing links from my Tag Heuer Women's Aquaracer, replacing its battery, and re-seating the pearl belonging to a ring I purchased from Naperville Jewelers up in Illinois. Nbd on the T-H dial. It only tells time correctly for half the year now; however, it's almost certainly more water-tight, and I'm hoping I don't have to struggle to see and set the date. Very courteous customer service and quite reasonable prices. Michener-Farrand will work to make you happy. I will be pleased to return. Many thanks.
