My and my buds were looking for places to eat, I've passed by this place a few times and always interested in stopping by! We looked through the negative reviews to see if we wanted to try it. Funnily enough, yelp had the funniest negative review and the response from the owner was the cherry on top! We just had to go! Everything was perfect! We came in an hour before closing (sorry!), yet still did not feel any pressure to leave, The food and price were both excellent! It was a great time and we will likely be here again!
Sometimes, I have to eat alone. Today, Miyuki’s Nigiri Deluxe Combo treated me as a very special person. I did not feel lonely because I was so busy to enjoy each pieces. Besides of the fresh and delicious raw fish options, their Kitchen items are amazingly good. Can’t wait to treat myself, friends, and family!
Quality service, quality food in a clean and peaceful setting. I enjoyed our 2 salads and 3 rolls. Parking can be tight but it's in the middle of 2 large squares. Private restrooms based on gender. Willing to return for other items on their extensive menu. Sounds like they have regulars that come frequently too. Give them a try! Was worth every penny here.
I really loved the tempura they had here! It was part of a bento box that had 3 items for $22 during weekdays along with beef teriyaki and California rolls, salad and miso soup which were amazing! They had an expansive menu full of various dishes and rolls. This is their sister location to Miyakko on Blossom Hill, so they had just as good service! I liked the decor and seats more at this location. The waiters were straightforward and refilled eaters regularly and knew when you were done and if you needed a box! Overall, this is a solid Japanese restaurant in this area and don't mind coming back!
I was ecstatic when I heard about this amazing Japanese restaurant in East SJ. I used to have to drive cross town to get a decent Japanese food, which I regularly crave for. And Miyuki did not disappoint me. Best Japanese food in San Jose IMO!!! Fish always fresh and I can tell it was expertly sliced by a sushi master! Not just a paper thin fish like most places! And the service is really great as well (Thanks Jason & Andrew!) I became a regular instantly and really hope they will do well and keep their standard high. Chef Steve is amazing. I always enjoy his creations. And he also has a pleasant personality too which makes it even better! ADDED: This place is like the 'Cheers' place to me. As you can see I keep adding photos as I go there 1-2 times a week. Food is amazing, of course. But the ambience and people! Chef Steve & the crews are really nice and make me feel so comfortable every time I go there which is why it's my go-to place whenever I want to eat out. Everytime I go there I can have a yummy, healthy meal with a pleasant experience. I'm crossing my fingers as it's hard to find a restaurant like this these days, especially this part of town!
