I unfortunately got a crack in my 2025 BMW X5 windshield and called Mobile Auto Glass. They set up the glass claim on a three way call with my insurance company, State Farm, and scheduled me for an installation appointment. On install day, my technician showed up, right on time to my office parking lot and explained the process. This particular car has heads-up display and a ton of sensors so a calibration was necessary. They (smartly) time the installation for about and hour and then the calibration specialist came and completed the calibration. Everything passed, and the windshield looks beautiful again, in about an hour and 25 minutes. Hard to believe that I’ve used MAG for over-24 years now for my occasional glass mishaps. Their employees are kind, efficient and professional and are still the best in the business, end-to-end. I highly recommend you give them a try, if in need.
When my Tesla windshield cracked State Farm put me in touch with Mobile Glass. The process was effortless and the results excellent. Mobile Glass ordered my windshield and when it came in they came to my house and 45 minutes later I had a new, fully calibrated, windshield.
Such an easy process! I filled out the contact form in the evening, they called back the next day…even texted me when my phone went straight to voicemail…coordinated with my insurance and scheduled Gustavo to come out the next day. He arrived early(!) and got my windshield replaced right away. Highly recommend.
