Highly recommend this firm if you're considering hiring a lawyer for family matters. They provide free consultations over the phone. I gave them a call late in the day on a Friday and I appreciated that they had a lawyer who was willing to call me back after 5pm. I spoke with Chase. He patiently gave me his time listening to my situation and didn't rush the conversation. He wasn't out to get my money, but gave me an honest assessment of my case with regard to child support modification with my ex and if hiring a lawyer would have a chance of affecting the outcome as the non-custodial parent. I appreciated his honesty and candor. The consultation helped me make an informed decision, saving me time and money.
I had an extremely poor experience with this law firm. There was constant miscommunication within their office, and I was repeatedly charged for “staff meetings” about my case, even though no one seemed to know what was actually happening with it. It’s essential to review invoices carefully, as I was double-charged for the same actions. The firm was very responsive when collecting payment, but when they owed me money, they avoided my calls, emails, and voicemails. I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.
