I had an excellent experience with Molly Maid. The team did a fantastic job cleaning my home — everything was spotless and very well organized. They were professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for high-quality house cleaning.
Received a quote of $165- $275 (3 days earlier had the whole place painted, new floors installed throughout) just like brand new unit and was vacant so a very easy clean. No baseboards or window sills needed to be cleaned - appliances only needed a good wipe down inside. Three ladies showed up and quoted 1 hr 40 min for cleaning. Just little after a hour got call from Rueben they said another 30 min will be needed and price quote now to almost $400! I refused. They did not finish the job, left BEFORE the initial time was up, did not vacuum carpet downstairs, no floors were swept or mopped, Refrigerator was not wiped out. I was unsure why three Ladies couldn't finish the job. I believe they were told to pack up when I complained how much the cost was going up and I refused the extra cost. They charged me the full $275.00 and as far as I am concerned they did not honor the original price to finish the job. The range of $165-$275 was stated by Rueben after he was told that I had unit painted with new floors and the unit did not need much. Yes he did say it depends on condition once the ladies arrive. Why did they not say to me or call him at that time that the price would be more ? Molly Maid essentially charged $275 for less than 1 hour and half and did NOT finish the job. Even one of the ladies cleaning told me Molly Maid was very expensive. I will never use this company NOR recommend them and intend to post everywhere to alert others that this is how they make their money by claiming more time is needed to increase the price.
They did a beautiful job. I had a move out service done and it was efficient and thoroughly cleaned. Very friendly. I'm very pleased. Even my doors are shiny and spotless. This will help when buyers come look at property! Thank you so much!

Once again I was amazed at the results of our Molly Maid housekeeping! Floors especially look nice plus the beautiful clean smell left behind is always delightful. Monthly cleaning cost is expensive, but it’s worth it to me.
