Great service the first time, but the other times were underwhelming compared to the cost. The communication was lacking. Often I would not get calls or texts to say that I was scheduled or that a team was on the way. Once, a team showed up to my house with notice at all. When I tried to cancel I had to speak with multiple different people and make multiple requests for them to take me off the schedule.
Molly Maid comes every other week and does a great job. They are very dependable and show up as scheduled. I have used them for several years and plan for years to come.
I had another maid service (Spruce) cancel 6 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. I called MM and they were able to get a team to my apartment in about an hour! The girls did a LOVELY job - there was a lot of clutter in a small space, so they had a lot to navigate around.. I just picked my dad up from the hospital so it was particularly important that I have a clean place today - THANK YOU, Molly Maid!!

The cleaning service provided was unsatisfactory. The service included basic tasks such as cleaning countertops, sweeping floors, and cleaning mirrors. However, the execution of these tasks was lacking, as the countertops remained dirty, the floors were unswept, and the mirrors were not cleaned. Additionally, there were significant issues with the staff's efficiency. One employee took an excessive amount of time in the master bedroom, nearly an hour, while frequently stopping to answer personal cell phone calls. This delay contributed to the incomplete cleaning of other areas, including the downstairs bathroom and the study, where dust remained on the furniture. Most concerning is that during the cleaning process, an antique figurine and a glass container in the laundry room and kitchen were broken. They even broke the window blinds cover and hide behind the blind and the broken pieces behind the couch! This negligence reflects poorly on the overall quality of the service provided.
