My first time here and it wasn’t great. The service was quick, the tech was nice, but the product was disappointing. I asked for square round and got round/almond and some oval. The paint is not close enough to my cuticle on some of my nails as well. What is close enough is shakey and choppy. She also barely put any glue, leaving a gap between the fake nail/overlay and my natural nail. I assume these will be falling off a lot sooner than I hoped.
I went to Monet’s on a Friday and it was pretty busy, I could hear from the conversations around me that there were a lot of regulars, which to me says a lot. When I first walked in I was greeted by the salon owner, she was very friendly and offered me water and the different nail palettes while I waited. I haven’t got acrylic nails in about two years so I was appreciative of the owner for breaking down the manicure services and prices for me. The wait was about 20 minutes but understandable since I was a walk in. Two things that left a good impression with me and made me want to come back: 1. While I was still waiting there was another customer who came in after me and asked for a pedicure. They took her immediately and sat her down, which made sense to me since there were pedicure chairs open, while all the manicure stations were full. After the pedicure artist sat the customer down she came back to me and apologized for the wait, and that she took her before me because she only does pedicures. I already knew this but thought that was professional for her to do that. 2. My manicure artist Helen (Thi) was very professional and friendly. I explained to her that I haven’t got nails in a while and showed her an inspo picture. I knew I didn’t want anything long because I’m not used to fake nails. As Helen was cutting them down she kept checking in with me to see if they were too long. I was good with the length but afterwards I realized they were too long, and wish I would’ve listened to her when she suggested I go down shorter. But that’s own my fault and she did a wonderful job. I’m not one to regularly get my nails done but on the occasion when I feel like treating myself I’ll go to Monet and book with Helen.
I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! I just moved to Sac a couple months ago. I’ve gotten pedicures at 2 other salons and did not have great experiences. Monet fit me in for an appointment within an hour of calling. The stylist I had did a FANTASTIC job. She really took her time making sure my nails looked clean and uniform. The pedicure also included a relaxing massage. Further, I think the salon is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back for my regular pedicures!
This is the only nail salon in Sacramento that I can be a repeat customer to and expect to get the same service every time they are always so friendly and they absolutely make the effort to get to know you and remember you for next time which is hard to come by nowadays no matter what sheep or style I want on my nails they always accommodate and find some way to make sure you are happy with the result I absolutely love everyone who works here. They all do great Nail art and I am definitely going to be loyal to this salon for the rest of my life because I have not seen this much consistency or customer care in any salon for the past few years.
AMAZING SERVICE!!! I had the most incredible experience at Monet Nails Spa! I went in for a wedding manicure, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and service. The staff was so professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect for my big day. The best part? My wedding nails still look flawless even after a month! The polish hasn't chipped, and the design has held up beautifully. I'm truly amazed by the longevity and care that went into my nails.
