We celebrated my son birthday here, and honestly, the place was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. They were ready to assist with anything we needed. They provided everything for us and even gave us extra time, they stored our cake and salad in their refrigerator and brought everything out at the perfect time, even though they were busy with other customers. Truly a wonderful place with outstanding service. Highly recommended for birthday parties and special events! 🎉🤍🤍
Food is good and reasonable priced. The play areas are clean and big enough that the kids to have fun for hours. Noise is low enough that I had a 6 week old comfortably. Update - 12/21/25 They got new tables and chairs and they are so comfortable.
Well, let me start by saying it's definitely a great place to let loose the packs energy. My children's love it so much that I didn't have to tell them "it's bedtime". They just rolled themselves into bed after showering 😂. As for myself I actually enjoyed the place and the service. But every great place, there's always room for improvement. I've noticed that security level is very low. The checking in is good, but the head counts of checking out is 0%. Knowing nowadays with how crazy the world is, anything is possible. And my children's safety is my first priority. But at the end of the day, it should be a place of fun and exciting for my children's to love, make friends and remember for their childhood. Overall it's great place, and the pizza is good too.
It’s under new ownership and you can tell that even mid-redoing a lot, they are really trying with a lot of heart. The pricing was changed to $15 for all day in/out privileges with outside food and drinks okay. They are also constructing a large food cart pod that they said would be open by the end of November. Inside is the changes weren’t super significant yet when we visited, but the food is much better and more affordable than before. It was very clean and clearly the kids structures had been maintained. The incoming changes that they mentioned is re-doing seating to have a full lounge of couches for adults and a full bar, so this will hopefully be a more improved space to meet up for adults to enjoy while kids play during the rainy season. The biggest change I hope to see is more staff since it was busy on the weekend! There are not enough indoor play places that are open on the weekends for more than private parties.
My son is 17 months and he loves this place! It’s clean, very affordable and is a 3 story structure that’s toddler and big kid friendly! They also have coffee, alcohol and ice cream. What more could you need?! The staff is also super kind and helpful!
