Great experience with this company! They stepped in at the last moment when another cleaner had to cancel. I had already moved furniture, bedding, accessories and more in prep for tge carpet cleaning. AND it was in the midst of the holiday season when I would be hosting family and friends. My calendar was jammed! Things couldn't have been more hectic. David the tech was personable and knowledgeable, and one of the hardest workers you could imagine. I highly recommend this company!
Wanted to thank Monster for the exceptional service I received by your company. I recently had my carpets and sectional sofa cleaned and was very pleased with your service. My sectional is a light cream color and was cleaned good as new. No staining from overuse of water and fabric integrity not unaffected. In fact the sofa dried very quickly which tells me they use high quality equipment and no traceable odors from heavy shampoos as well. He arrived as scheduled and I received updates when he was in route to our house. He was friendly and professional and even took care of a few things that weren’t a part of my service like vacuuming my window sills when he opened the blinds and windows which shamefully also need cleaning 😬 to facilitate airflow in the room. I am known to be a very particular person and I will definitely use them for future servicing. Thanks again!

Absolutely recommended! They cleaned & REMOVE STAINS from hair’s oil on a Synthetic Linen like fabric. . They asked questions & were furnished with Fabric type , pics of stain, etc. They kept on top of appt., responded to texts . They were cordial on the phone, acted quickly, they honored their Estimate & everything got done in 3 days , after Thanksgiving rush & early pre-bookings. Technician David was easy to work with, friendly & cared for the job at hand . Had a great experience & will use them again, when the times comes .. Thank you Monster Steamers !!! Great job .. They definitely worked with me. so I really appreciate that. I originally had one day scheduled then I had to reschedule it and they were open, even though they didn’t have a window for the particular time that I was wanting to do it they did made that times slot for me. They did get here earlier than expected, which is a good thing, but for me at the moment, not so much cause I had to drop my girls off at school. I told him what time I was expected back home and he was here which was great. Also, he vacuumed my couches for me. I was getting ready to do that and he vacuumed my couches for me, which was also amazing and not expected. He worked really quickly efficiently, and even did the pillows that we had on the couch. I thought it was just for the couch only so that was a nice surprise. Overall, the experience was Great and amazing. The technician was super friendly, super professional. He got here at 8:15 and he was done by like 1030 so it didn’t take too long, which was great for me. Definitely would call them again!
