I came here with my girlfriend for a fun evening but it got completely ruined by the service. Not only did the bartender force me to tip him (by taking away the card machine when he saw I was about to give zero), he crumple the payment receipt and tried to kick us out. (Because he thinks making the product is a service, when it’s entirely different. forcing us a tip from the start rather than delivering the food to us etc) the food they served was not at all worth the money we paid. If you want to come to this place, I'd highly recommend just sticking to the bowling (which is also overpriced anyway 66$ for two shoes and 1 hour) and avoiding the bar.
The food and the bowling game is very overpriced. Very rude servers to point of tears. Pressure to tip extra from the start (even tho they never really delivered the food/drink to us or serve us) threatened to be kicked out if we didn’t do so. But there was this one server who try to make sure everything goes right. But unfortunately, I truly lost my appetite from the whole situation and ruined the whole experience for my boyfriend who just came here to travel. I never wanna come here again.
We came as a group of five for a fun night of bowling, but our second game stopped working after a few turns and the system kept giving us 0s while skipping our second throws. When we went to the bar to explain and ask if they could do something to make it right, the bartender (white top, grey sweatpants) laughed at us, said he didn’t believe us, and dragged the conversation for about 10 minutes without even checking the lane. When I mentioned I would leave a review, he told me to “go ahead”. We left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and like our business didn’t matter at all, and we will not be coming back, do not recommend
I absolutely would not recommend this place. The staff act like you personally ruined their day by walking in, and the manager? Oh, he just throws around abusive language like it's part of the service package. If you're looking to instantly regret your life choices and ruin your mood, this is definitely the place to be!
I'd come back to bowl. We just popped in for a few drinks before our movie and to watch baseball. But I do like the feel of this place, and the bowling looked decent as far as lane quality goes. Staff was nice, and the bathroom was meh on the industrial side, which isn't always the best thing. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind testing the food next time I'm there.
