By far the best nail experience I’ve had (and I’m very particular!). Everything about the space and experience is thoughtful and specially curated from start to finish, even including nice touches like having a ring holder to use during manicures. The space is gorgeous, cozy, and very clean. They even went out of their way to put up a happy birthday banner for my niece at her pedicure chair. I also appreciated a new recommendation for the type of nail I get that is less abrasive and easier to maintain. It’s obvious their nail artists are very well trained. Mood makes nail day feel less like maintenance and more like a spa day. If you haven’t been here yet you’re missing out!!
My first time going to Mood was incredible and won’t be my last. The moment I walked in I was greeted and offered a drink. My appointment started right on time. It’s such a beautiful and relaxing space, most importantly it’s very clean. It smells incredible and not like chemicals at all which I pay attention too because those smells can trigger my asthma and allergies. I loved the warm towel I was given once I was seated. Mood is an experience and I highly recommend it! Great communication and listening which is appreciated since everyone has different needs and wants for their nails. Thank you team!
Mood is the most welcoming nail salon! From their friendly staff to their inviting environment, it felt like more than a nail salon! Not only the aesthetic of this place but the care they give you is 10/10. They use organic products that actually work and last long! They are truly the best all around. I can’t say enough good things!
I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and Mood. This nail salon is not only beautiful, clean and luxurious, but the nail technicians are extremely talented, detail-oriented, and provide the best service and care to your nails. I’ve genuinely never had a better nail salon experience and set of nails to go along with it!! I used to dread getting my nails done and felt like it was a chore, but I genuinely can’t wait to go back to Mood!
My friend recommended I go to Mood Raleigh to get a pedicure. I am 8 months pregnant and this is by far the most luxurious and best experience I’ve ever had getting a pedicure. The salon is clean, beautiful & the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I do hair and makeup for brides in the Raleigh area- I will be sending ALL of my clients here for their wedding nails! 10/10 customer service!! I cannot wait to book my next appointment 💗
