Moore really picked up Diamond Heating’s slack. I called Diamond Heating due to my downstairs heat going out. They scheduled me for an appointment 2 days after calling, and then the day of the appointment cancelled on me stating they were handling “higher priority” situations. I had no downstairs heat and frozen downstairs pipes. Moore sent out Garret that day and he diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, issued a temporary fix, and ordered the part for a permanent fix in one visit. Showed up today and installed the new part in under 30 minutes. Janet was also very communicative throughout the process. Paid the after hours price for it, but can’t complain with the results. 10/10 service and execution

Recent wind storm caused an issue with my gas fireplace. Scheduling: Courteous scheduler. Pleasant and professional. Service: Sean the tech arrived on time. He serviced my gas fireplace as requested. He clearly knew what he was doing and answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. Thank you, Sean. Recommend Moore Heating.

I had my first experience with Moore heating today. Excellent customer service from start to finish and the person servicing my water heater/boiler was great! I highly recommend Moore and will definitely call in the future when I need any plumbing or heating work done

Two thumbs up.! We bought a new furnace from Moore Heating in 2021, and we unfortunately had persistent and recurring pressure switch problems for more than four years. When Manager Torrey Merchant found out about our situation, he agreed to replace our faulty furnace with a new furnace at no cost to us. Now THAT is standing behind your product!
