I had a great experience thanks to Enrique. He was funny, friendly, and made the whole shopping process enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the furniture, and helped me find exactly what I needed without feeling rushed or pressured. His positive attitude and helpfulness really stood out. Customer service like this makes a big difference highly recommend asking for him!

We had a great experience at Mor Furniture thanks to Helen! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and stress-free, and never made us feel rushed. On top of that, she even treated us to popcorn and refreshments, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend asking for Helen if you’re shopping here!

Greeted at the door right away. Sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got an excellent deal on a discontinued TV console which is made out of Pine wood. Very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend stopping by.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Mor furniture and Richard as our salesperson. He was really patient walking us throughout the store and showing us plenty of options of different furniture we are in the market for. We made our decision to buy a comfy massage bed and mattress and two lounge chairs. The chairs and bed were delivered with the best care and with professionalism. When they say "white glove," they really mean it. White gloves were used to handle our brand-new furniture. We were so impressed with how much care went into taking care of us from the sales side and delivery side. Richard made us a believer of Mor furniture.
