My Honest One-Star Review for Morgan & Morgan I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan. Today, they called me out of the blue and decided to drop my case. The reason they gave was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They claimed it was because of the way I spoke to my case manager—when all I did was politely ask that we communicate via email so I could have a record of everything discussed. My case manager got upset, hung up on me, and shortly after I received an email saying they were dropping my case entirely. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a law firm that claims to fight for their clients. If they can’t handle a simple request for email communication without getting upset and retaliating by dropping a case, then I strongly advise others to stay away from them. They clearly do not prioritize client communication or respect. This was a very negative and frustrating experience, and I hope others will think twice before trusting this firm.
Mr. Omar Subat represented me in a car accident case because I had pre-existing conditions that worsened after the accident. In under seven months, the case was closed with a $100,000 settlement. I couldn’t be more elated. It was the best Christmas gift I’ve ever received, as my attorney did a wonderful job staying on top of everything. Thank you so much!
Anthony went far and beyond to make are call smooth and respectful and understanding.Didnt rush me through application and make sure that if I didn't understand anything or had questions he help me out.Your customer service is great and I'm excited if you professional shows over the phone I could only expect greatness and I'm sorry of the heartship that your brother suffered I myself had my share of pain and it's difficult when you have a family and more than anything a 5 year daughter that you can't support due to the unfortunate events that happen to myself.It gets depressing after more then 4 years and seems that a continuous door closing due to my age but I didn't ask for this it's the hand life has dealt ro me I wish i could turn back time 20 years ago the money I made I would of saved more of I knew this was coming so thank you for helping me out on this matter and I hope we go forthwith.Also Joseph of customer service needs more training or conversation could of and he didn't bothered calling me back .I had to call back and it's unfortunate that i forgot the female who finished my application thanks to her .I hate to intrude more time . I watch tv from my bed inside my third nursing facility and see the ads for Morgan & Morgan. I really have been treated like someone cared about me. I was accepted and even helped walk through to the final documentation phase. I am grateful and truly impressed with the integrity of this firm. I know I made the right choice.
Well on Saturday nov 15 around 2:00 I went to dollar tree in Oxnard on rose Ave I went inside walked around for a bit lots buckets on floor then I went to front of store and went to chirstmas candy saw a employee asked her if they had Xmas coa coa she looked for it so I wanted to get some candy and I was looking when I heard this awful cracking above me then the girl yelled watch out really quick I perked the cart backwards it fell right in front of me I was so scared and shakening the girl said are you OK I stood there looking at what happen took pictures then I went to see if the Mgr was around I told him what happen to me he just said oh I know wow no report no asking if I was ok or needed water NOTHING I even forgot my husband was outside in truck I was so scared then went to fire dept I told firemen what happen showed them pictures he said they were going to sent out a supervisor I went home and stayed home am still scared so surprised Noone there cared at store I got yelled at by a associate because I wanted to take another picture tomorrow am going to doctor
