I have only done my consultation so far but so far they have been very respectful, helpful, and have given me a sense of hope for resolution. I am placing my highest confidence in them in handling my case. I will post more as the case proceeds.
Answered some questions and at the end let me know if I was excepted or not. Very professional I recommend calling them if you have a injury. Unfortunately I was turned down because I didn't continue to seek medical attention due to the fact that I was not injured that severely. I fell at Manatee Memorial Hospital on a wet floor that didn't have any signs up saying "wet floor"and landed on my knees. It happened in the same hospital where my husband was at. He was very,very sick and he was more important than anything. I love you my husband Dave RIP.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was hit from behind and called M&M for help. After submitting all my documents, they suggested I seek medical attention. They also, without checking with me, submitted a claim with my insurance company. Now, they decided to drop my case. I now have medical bills I'm responsible for, received only partial reimbursement for damages due to deductible, and am looking at increased premiums and loss of safe driving discounts. I am 100% worse off now than before calling them. Again, this after being hit from behind. Do not recommend.
