I've been going to moss for over three years now, and I can say confidently this is the best place I've been to get a wax. At first, I would see Rhonda before she moved out of state, but now have been seeing Susan, who is also an absolutely amazing waxer. She is good at what she does, professional, and always has given me much better results than anywhere else I've been. I frequently end up regretting going anywhere else (which only happens bc I try to book last minute) because at this point I am used to and expecting the standard that moss beauty has gotten me used to.
Saw Susan regularly for waxing services for about a year and had a really good experience and results every time! She is professional, fun to talk to, and great at what she does. Was very sad to be moving out of state but she gave me great tips on what to look for when searching for another waxing specialist.

Such great experiences at Moss Beauty! As a newbie to the Durham area, it was important to me that I find a good wax studio and I got so lucky with this one. Susan is fanatic and makes you feel so, so comfortable. Her wax technique is thorough and painless for me. The studio is in a great location and very stylish + clean inside. I always leave feeling confident and like I had a quick hang out with my best friend. She is wonderful and so personable and I can’t recommend Moss enough!
Amazing service and wonderful atmosphere! I love going to Moss -- it's always a treat to go here and see Rhonda. She is incredibly thoughtful and gentle (as much as possible). She makes you feel like a close friend from the minute you walk in, and is dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and satisfied with your experience. I genuinely look forward to going here every other month, and I always feel like I'm glowing with happiness when I leave.
