This Minneapolis plant store is A FABULOUS DESTINATION! As you walk in the store the music, the plants and the whole experience grabs you and relaxes you… the varieties of cacti, and tropicals makes you feel like you are far away! I can’t say enough about the store and the employees! You’ve got to go!!!!!
Cute cute place to check out. First time shopper and first time plant mom. I am so excited to start this plant mom journey hoping this can make my home more homey and therapeutic for me. The plants here are cute and a good variety. Would like to give this spot another try but after my purchase here I went 10 minutes down the road to a different plant shop that was more friendly. My friend and I walked around the store for a good 15 minutes, no greeting or assistance. I just brushed it off, idk its a plant store maybe service is different. Finally had the courage to ask for recommendations and tips for a first time plant owner. Very vague answers, just pointed to the low maintenance plants and said something along the line " If there's a plant that pops out to you just go for it." Anywho I bought my 3 plants since I was already there and left. Made another 4 purchase down the road.
Usually, I’ve had fairly good experiences here, i’ve bought a birds of paradise and have previously gotten other plants potted here and always recommend this place to others. Love this location and brought a friend here for the first time to look for some plants, found a Miniature Saguaro plant which did not have a price on it. Other miniature plants around the same type of succulent/cacti were around $16-$18 that were also already potted so I was assuming it would be around the same amount. We were talking to two very nice ladies up at the front and asked about the prices, one of the ladies brought a similar plant over, which was even bigger with a bigger pot for $16 and a gentleman walked up expressing that this mini plant would be $30. Everyone kind of looked over a little confused and didn’t understand the pricing, but I was willing to pay for it because I still wanted the plant and didn’t want to question him. We ended up looking at some pricing over later and this plant usually goes for about $15-$16 for multiple stems while this one only had one stem. Again I just don’t really understand the pricing behind it when he just threw the number out there? Other than that, I do love this place but just a slightly questionable experience.
WOW! Just stopped by here not knowing what to expect and holy moly do they have large plants! If you are looking for a medium sized tree or pretty dang large cactus, this is place for you. Highly recommend to check this place out if you're a plant person at all, great jams and amazing plants!
Great variety of plants/cactus. Prices are moderate, you can find things easily in any price point from $8 and up. Everything looks very healthy and the displays make it easy to find what you’re looking for. The owner was super friendly and offered to pot a few small cactus for us in a cute pot for no extra charge. Highly recommend!
