Great people and their product worked amazing. The Ants disappeared and the wife quit yelling at me! Definitely use this great business! 5 stars for sure!
Be cautious when signing a service agreement with this company. The first two services were as expected but after the initial service fees (which are higher than the monthly fees) I was told by the technician who came out that "I was not paying enough for the service I was expecting" despite what my signed agreement stated. He told me to call the office and speak to a manager, so after speaking with two different managers plus the service rep who prepared the service agreement, they scheduled another technician out to complete the services that were stated in the service agreements (one of the managers did try to talk me into having the same service tech out who told me I wasn't paying enough but I was not comfortable with that, perhaps this was a problem???). The day the new technician came out to do those services, he called and told me he needed to reschedule due to a storm coming in which was not a problem at all. He explained that he would let the manager know and they would get me rescheduled. That was on June 30th but I never heard back from anyone, so by July 9th I decided to cancel my services which it states I can do so by submitting a 30 day written notice (it does not specify where to send the notice so make sure you ask when signing your agreement). I submitted my request to cancel all services to my sales rep (at the number that I have used in previous communication with him) and also sent an email to the address that my invoices were sent from (not sure if it is able to be used in this way) but I have had no response from anyone at Mother Nature's Pest and Lawn. I am not one to leave a negative review, and I left out all of the names of the people out of respect, but I am writing this in part as further documentation that I submitted a request to cancel services (in case I have to dispute any charges) and also with the hope that this might reach someone who will confirm my request to cancel services. I spent $620.00 for 2 months of services (mole and ant services) and had no clue the kind of hassle I was paying for.
They are the best team of pesticide companies that I’ve ever been in business with! They’re very knowledgeable, professional and kind!!! I feel very safe with them! I am so happy my father recommended him! Once I get to have the same conversation with someone I promise to pay it forward and compliment “Mother Nature’s Pest and Lawn” Inc.
I absolutely love Mother nature, pest control! They do such a great job every time. The tech that comes to my home is amazing! He goes over everything and makes sure my home stays bug free. I highly recommend their services!
I’ve used them for my bug issues for a long time and they’ve always been amazing. They recently started offering lawn care in my area. I’ve been using another company for TWO YEARS and my grass has never EVER been so thick and green
