Coming From A Terrible Experience At Another Shop To Probably Some Of The Best Customer Service Ive Experienced. Motorsport Exotica Took Great Care Of Me From Start To Finish. Got Velocity Stacks Installed And Basically A Complete Tune All Over After Paying For A Terrible Tune At Another Shop. My Bike Is Running Fantastic. Tanner Reached Out To Me Every Step Of The Way And Made Sure To Not Do Nothing Without Giving Me An Update . That Being Said. No Other Shop Will Be Working On My Bike. Thanks Again To Motorsport Exotica Team! 1000% Reccomend!
I've known jared a while now, ever since it's last shop, I got some work done before and honestly trust jared and his team. Tenor has been super helpful in building my s1000rr. Made some recommendations of what to do. The team was great at communicating i'm happy with their service and the build.
I just had to share my amazing experience with Motorsports Exotica! These guys are absolutely awesome and treat your bike as if it were their own. What I love most is that they have no problem with special requests – they are always ready to go the extra mile. They are very thorough in explaining the work they've done, and if you ask, they'll even give you some fantastic suggestions on how to make your already great bike even better. I couldn't be happier with their service!
Jarred and his team were amazing to deal with. Jarred helped me with suspension setup at the track, and when I experienced shifter issues, he transported my bike back to his shop where the team was able to quickly repair the problem. I also appreciate that they were able to supply and install some additional components I selected at the last minute. If there is something you need for your bike, there is a really good chance they have what you need! I will definitely be back next time I am in California.
As others have said, 5 stars well deserved. The flash on my R1 feels extremely refined, even surpassed my expectations. Massive state of the art facility, great staff, quality work & parts available, excellent pricing. Will gladly make the 2-3 hour trip in the future should I need any serious work done.
